Shipping policy

When will my order be dispatched? 

If you place your order before 12 noon we aim to dispatch the same day and those after 12pm, the following day. Any orders placed on a Friday after 12pm be dispatched on Monday. 
 
Over bank holidays orders will be despatched from the 1st working day onwards after the holiday. 

 *During busy periods we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours. 

 All orders are sent by DPD, and delivery is 1-2 days. 

Delivery Charges 

Delivery is free for orders over £250/€250 (net). 

For orders under £250/€250 (net) delivery charges are as follows: 

Prices are exclusive of VAT. 
 

Will I pay any customs charges if I live in the Ireland? 

Due to the Northern Ireland Protocol, we are now in the unique position of being able to trade freely within the EU single Market. Under current legislation, this means there will be no customs charges between Northern Ireland and EU including Republic of Ireland.
