RETAIL CUSTOMERS

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Supplier via email: info@4beautygroup.com within 3 working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Supplier within 28 days of delivery. The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.

If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract for Goods and receive a refund by informing the Supplier via email within 14 working days of receipt of the Goods.  Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense within 14 days of cancellation in the original packaging and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods excluding delivery charges, if any and for return postal charges. If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Supplier shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Supplier on the package.

Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

Personalised products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

TRADE CUSTOMERS

No trade products supplied by 4Beauty Group are based on sale or return.

When goods have been ordered in error, the Company may agree to their return, on the following conditions.

  • A request has been made in writing or by email to info@4beautygroup.com within 48 hours of receipt of the goods
  • Any approved Products for return must be in its original condition, unworn or unused and sent back to us in its original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • All trade returns, except those due to faulty merchandise or delivery error shall be subject to a 10% restocking fee with all carriage charges borne by The Buyer.
  • The original invoice must accompany all returns.

 

For your own protection, please obtain a receipt from the Courier or Royal Mail as the Company accepts no responsibility for lost parcels.

REFUNDS

You should expect to receive your refund within 28 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Refunds exclude any shipping costs to send and return goods back to us.
