How do I find out about delivery?

Parcels can be tracked if you have selected a Signed for Option via Royal Mail.

Royal Mail will request that we leave 20 working days after shipping before making a claim for a missing parcel.

Why can't I see trade prices?

Trade prices are only visible to beauty professionals.

To see trade prices you will need to be registered as a trade professional.

Do you provide samples?

Yes, we provide sachets and samples, if available, dependent on each brand. We will allocate a FOC a % for each trade order placed.

How do I access the digital assets?

Once you become a trade customer and place your first order, we will email you a link to access all social media and other images available.

Offers can be viewed within each category on this website.

 We will also email you offers as and when they become available.  Please ensure we have your correct email address and check your junk mailbox from time to time to ensure you receive all relevant information.

What Posters of Point of Sale Material is Available?

We have lots of promotional material to help display our brands in your salon. Items that are available are displayed online, together with merchandising units that are available.

Opening packages are also available with discounts.

Where is training held?

Training courses are held in house in our training rooms at Carryduff Business Park, Belfast 

We also hold courses at CIBHT training centre in Dublin
